We are open Monday through Saturday 10:00am to 7:00pm and Sunday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
Standard flat rate shipping of $7.00 (USD) for all orders and free shipping on orders over $100.00 (USD).
Most in-stock orders are packaged and shipped within 2 days. We ship 6 days a week with UPS being the preferred carrier but occasionally use USPS and FedEx. Orders generally arrive between 2-5 business days. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a price.
Wildlings Toy Boutique is not responsible for late or missing orders due to carrier error, nor for customer errors when inputting the shipping address. Please contact us ASAP if you notice an address error and we will do our best to correct it. Please contact us about missing orders and we will help resolve the problem.
Currently, Wildlings Toy Boutique does not ship to any country outside of the United States.
If you need to cancel an in-stock order, please contact email@example.com immediately as we generally ship very quickly.

If you’d like to return/exchange an item, we will refund the original cost of the item, minus the original shipping cost. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Returns/exchanges must be initiated and postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order.
If your item is damaged or defective, or if there was an error on the retailer’s end, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will send a replacement, as soon as it is available, and provide a return label for the defective item.
We are cleaning all high touch surfaces frequently throughout the day. Since we have a lot of kids in our store, some with compromised immune systems, we ask that all shoppers over the age of 2 wear a mask to help mitigate the risk of spreading COVID 19 to help ensure that everyone can safely enjoy the shop.
