Yes, free self-parking is available in the shopping center parking lot where Wildlings Toy Boutique is located.

Our store hours are:

  • Monday–Wednesday: 10 AM – 6 PM
  • Thursday: 10 AM – 7 PM
  • Friday–Saturday: 9 AM – 7 PM
  • Sunday: 10 AM – 5 PM

Shipping Information and Policies

We offer standard flat-rate shipping:

  • Arizona orders: $7.00 (USD)
  • 48 contiguous states & Washington D.C.: $10.00 (USD)
  • Free shipping: On orders over $100.00 (USD).

Most in-stock orders are shipped within 2 business days. We ship 6 days a week using UPS as our primary carrier, with occasional use of USPS or FedEx. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

Returns and Exchange Policies

To cancel an order, email us at hello@wildlingstoys.com as soon as possible, as orders are processed quickly.

For returns or exchanges:

  • Refunds include the item’s original cost minus shipping.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Returns/exchanges must be initiated and postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your item is damaged or defective, or if there was an error on the retailer’s end, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will send a replacement, as soon as it is available, and provide a return label for the defective item.
